Tasting Notes : Acacia honey and fresh almonds on the nose whilst dried apricots and toasted brioche combine on the long finish. Producer : Moet & Chandon Method of Production : Dom Perignon is only produced in the finest vintages from grapes grown on 100% rated vineyards. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. At blending, Richard Geoffrey, Moet's Senior Winemaker, decided to combine 55% Chardonnay for its fresh fruity flavour and structure with 45% Pinot Noir, chosen to add weight and richness. Following secondary fermentation, Dom Perignon was aged for 6 years prior to release. Grape mix ; 55% Chardonnay & 45% Pinot Noir
