Is it safe to use my credit card online?
None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. Our secure server software encrypts all your personal information including credit/debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the internet.

How much do you charge for regular delivery?
Our postage costs vary depending on whether you are in the UK, Europe or Rest of the World. UK customers have a maximum postage charge of £7.99 for standard delivery.  For overseas customers we can advise that a bottle of whisky typically costs £10 for European delivery and £20 for delivery outside of Europe
