My background is predominantly in retail and hospitality, although I have also dipped my toe into the customer service sector, which gave me a passion for providing a service which is friendly, helpful and professional

Although I was new to the world of whisky and cigars when I started I have relished the challenge to learn about these fascinating products and have built up a good knowledge of both

I feel very privileged to have joined this truly unique company who are not just passionate about the products they sell but also about providing an old fashioned, personal service
