Originally, brose was a traditional Scots family drink made daily using ingredients readily available on the croft - whisky, oatmeal, cream, sometimes honey, and sometimes fruit.
By adapting this family recipe over the years, and settling at an abv of 17%, a perfect blend has been achieved.
