This care ensures a truly mellow and full flavoured taste gained over years of unhurried maturation

This bottle is one of no more than 350 individually hand numbered bottles from a single cask, each bottle is unique and unrepeatable

Pale gold. Dry, earthy nose of wood and heather, but with a surprising suggestion of coconut. Full of fruity sweetness but with a very dry peppery finish.
